Producing

Segment Producer: ‘Inside the Issues with Alex Cohen,’ a local news/talk show in the vein of ‘60 Minutes’ but focused on Southern California issues which reaches 700k households a night. Pitched segments, booked guests, conducted pre-interviews, and wrote scripts.

Producer: BuzzFeed’s live twitter morning show AM to DM. Primarily worked on celebrity interviews including Daniel Radcliffe, Kathy Griffin, Noah Centineo, the cast of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and many others, as well as political interviews with 2020 presidential candidates, newsmakers like Tarana Burke and Emma Gonzalez, and creative segments & stunts such as with the mascot of the Philadelphia Flyers Gritty, an homage to Groundhog Day, an end-of-year memorial segment dedicated to the memes of the past year, and a farewell to the 2018 Black History Month from Hell. Also wrote the chyrons for the breaking news portion of the show which were featured on merchandise sold by BuzzFeed. (examples here & here & here)

Audience Coordinator: Good Morning America. Booked & produced the in-studio audience, audience for remote & tape shoots, individual characters for tape & live segments, and handled audience for large scale events such as 2016 presidential candidate town halls with Hillary Clinton and Republican primary candidates, the “Deals & Steals: On Wheels” series, and the Summer Concert Series.
